I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent service we received throughout the entire process of taking bids right up to the final installation of the units. I took several bids after doing my research on the proper type of system that would best suit our needs. Even thought your bid was not the lowest we received, I was very impressed with your knowledge and explanation. I experienced the same excellent service, courtesy and thorough knowledge in your technicians. Everyone I met from your firm was concerned about satisfying our needs. I especially want to commend Dennis for his concern in keeping my home as clean as possible during the installation process and taking the extra time to be sure everything was to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with the system and want to thank you for recommending the Space Gard Air Cleaner. I can already tell a difference!

I was very satisfied with your company's work from your initial visit and follow-up phone calls placed to your receptionist and, of course for the actual work itself. Your service installation crew were very courteous and very helpful in explaining the new equipment and answering questions, and I appreciated the good clean-up work they did afterwards. When I receive good, quality service, I like to tell those that I appreciated it. Usually businesses are in such a rush to get the work, they don't take the time to satisfy the customer. I will highly recommend your company to my family and friends.

I want to express my thanks for the job your people did in installing my new air conditioning system. I had been putting this off for many years because I was really dreading the mess and confusion in installing the ductwork. Instead, we would come home and find new ducts installed with not one scrap of dust or dirt. Your men did a super job and were a pleasure to work with.

I first consulted you last August when I was interested in up-grading my old gas furnace. My situation was fairly complicated, since I have a highly allergic child and needed to ensure that the heating and cooling system in my home did not aggravate her problems. You worked very closely with me to come up with a perfect solution to my problem. In September, you installed a two-speed electric heat pump in my home, and earlier this month you installed a humidifier and an additional supply vent in my daughter's room. Not only has the heat pump performed flawlessly, but my monthly heating costs have been surprisingly low. What's more, you and everyone in your shop have been consistently professional, accommodating and courteous, even though I was an extremely picky and demanding customer. We're living in an age in which old fashioned values such as honesty, reliability and good customer service seem to be falling by the wayside in the business world. This is definitely not the case with your company, Mr. Monroe. You have repeatedly demonstrated that you still hold these values high, and as a result, I am a very satisfied customer.
