In 1953, Frank H. Monroe began operating his heating and cooling business from his home on Beeler Street in New Albany. The company later moved to Vincennes Street across from New Albany High School. In 1974, we moved to our current location at 595 Industrial Boulevard.
Today, Frank H. Monroe serves homeowners and commercial properties throughout Southern Indiana. Our local team brings that history to heating, cooling, maintenance and indoor comfort projects.
