In 1953, Frank H. Monroe started operating Frank H. Monroe Heating and Cooling, Inc. in his home on Beeler Street in New Albany. We then moved to a larger “store type” facility on Vincennes Street across from New Albany High School. In 1974, Frank H. Monroe Heating & Cooling, Inc. relocated once again to our current location just off Mt. Tabor Road at 595 Industrial Boulevard, New Albany, IN 47150.

We had a ductless AC-heat unit installed in our sunroom. From the first time Steve came to the house to give an estimate to the finished product, they were very professional and friendly.
