In 1953, Frank H. Monroe started operating Frank H. Monroe Heating and Cooling, Inc. in his home on Beeler Street in New Albany. We then moved to a larger "store type" facility on Vincennes Street across from New Albany High School. In 1974, Frank H. Monroe Heating and Cooling, Inc. relocated once again to our current location just off Mt. Tabor Road at 595 Industrial Boulevard, New Albany, IN 47150.

Although we continue to grow, our basic philosophy will not change... The same knowledge and workmanship goes into each project whether serving the comfort needs of homeowners or the commercial customer.
